Western Australia is a home to the 4th highest aboriginal community. They are closely knit in a way that each member is an important part as collectively, as well as individually, they are responsible for the welfare of the community.

The aboriginal communities of Australia have been on a path of upliftment of the society. The individuals have taken up the mantle to ensure skill development, and education for holistic growth and development. Over the years, they have ventured into special skill development, business development, preserving natural resources, mining and infrastructure development and much more. 

This has resulted in making them the leaders of tomorrow while being accountable for a continuously flourishing society. Although the aboriginal communities are scattered across various parts of Australia, individually, they are the pillars of upliftment and empowerment amongst themselves. They aim to become a self-sufficient community while contributing towards the betterment of their motherland. 

Ross Lynch and his family are one of the most respected families and active members of the community. Their contribution to the development of the community has been exceptional ever since the earlier days. This inspired him to do something more, and established WA Community & Mining Services.
